Mrs. Kirti Atul Ambikar is a versatile and accomplished professional with an extensive background in entrepreneurship, running operations of a business, IT services and business leadership. A dynamic individual who has successfully transitioned into co-finding various companies in the organic food and supply line industry demonstrating unparalleled expertise in strategic business operations.
Mrs. Kirti has tremendous expertise in navigating and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations in the organic food industry. She has implemented and maintained processes to adhere to industry standards and legal requirements along with demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities in addressing operational challenges.
She has led her organization through a period of extraordinary growth, achieving remarkable success, and positioning the company as an industry leader, formulated and executed strategic plans, integrating operational insights to drive overall business success and fostered a culture of innovation, steering the company to the forefront of the organic food sector through groundbreaking initiatives.
Mrs Kirti holds multidisciplinary expertise, wherein she has demonstrated proficiency not only as an IT executive but also in business and its operations. She has proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring the alignment of operational and business objectives, applied sound business principles to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance and has pioneered initiatives, contributing to the organization's reputation for innovation.
She started her professional journey as a Team member at IDBI Infotech, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. Here her roles included collaborating with business users and IT team to develop a GUI based application from DOS application, writing SQL queries and scripts to correct various issues for reporting and research purpose and conducting meetings and presentation to share ideas and perform requirement analysis.
After this stint she ventured into the business world of the organic food industry and co- founded Ecomytra Organics in 2018 at Miraroad, Mumbai which aims at providing wide range of organic products that are free from all types of harmful pesticides, chemicals, colour. Providing healthiest and premium quality food to the masses. Encourages ethical organic farming by bridging the gap between farmers and the urbanites and most importantly Promotes a healthy sustainable ecological system.
Soon after the resounding success of the first venture in the relative field, Kirti started another venture wherein she founded an Organic Grocery and A2 milk store named - Nature Organic, in Kalyan, Mumbai in 2020. She launched the business to provide authentic healthy organic grocery items and fresh Gir Cow A2 whole milk to the masses.
Kirti manages all aspects of business operations, strategy, and finances. Pursues, manages, and retains client accounts as well as distributor accounts and has implemented robust supply chain strategies to ensure seamless timely delivery and Quality service of products.
These two companies are operational currently, successfully and profitably and is where Kirti is currently involved as its founder and operations head.
Mrs. Kirti holds an MCA from SNDT Women's university, Santacruz, Mumbai, where she graduated with honours and scored First class throughout.
She also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, graduating with first class.
Due to immensely rich, varied experiences and accomplishments along with a strong academic background showcasing her disciple, dedication and determination towards her goals and objectives, Mrs Kirti is best suited and the most appropriate for the position of Chief Operating Officer at TripTie Inc. where she will oversee day-to-day operations, implementing efficient systems and processes to optimize operations along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Her experience and network will definitely help to build a solid platform, run the business smoothly and build a strong brand for TripTie Inc. in the Canadian start-up ecosystem and contribute to the socio-economic development of Canada as a whole.
